Volunteers are a very important part of the 4-H program. For most programs volunteers are essential and very much needed to accomplish the overall goal of 4-H. To maintain the level of excellence we have in a volunteer base, continued improvement are made regularly to make sure Madison County youth are safe at every event, camp and conference. We recently adapted our volunteer application process and the way we classify the level of involvement in the 4-H program.
There are also several opportunity for an adult to volunteer in the 4-H program. An individual can provide a service that they are interested in such as shooting sports, line and design, wildlife and much more. We always need help conducting 4-H clubs. If you are interested in volunteering, check out some of the options we have for you and contact Sharon Tubbs, or Kane Reeves with any questions you may have.
